Placche di Acquasanta: the climbing guide is finally available on ClimbAdvisor

The Placche di Acquasanta guide is now available on ClimbAdvisor, one of the few winter climbing crags in Abruzzo, located near Paganica. The guide is free for users who have already purchased the L’Aquila area package.

The Placche di Acquasanta climbing guide is finally available on ClimbAdvisor. The crag is located near Paganica, just outside the city of L’Aquila.

It is one of the few crags in Abruzzo truly suitable for winter climbing, thanks to its favorable exposure and sheltered environment. Placche di Acquasanta is also an ideal destination during the mid-seasons and for those looking for a relaxed climbing day, with a good selection of easy and mid-grade routes suitable for a wide range of climbers.

The crag is set in a pleasant mountain environment and is easy to reach, making it perfect for those who want to climb without long approaches or demanding conditions.

The guide was written by the route setters Lorenzo Santavicca, Francesco and Luca Giuliani, and is available free of charge for all users who have already purchased the L’Aquila area package.
