His main focus is trad-climbing, but he also enjoys caving and bouldering, as well as indoor climbing, and likes to try his hand at sport-climbs when he travels.

Although most of his climbing experience is in Ireland, Spain, and the UK; Andrew put up a number of first ascents in the Calabria region of Italy in the Summer of 2019.
