Federico D’Isep, born in 1960.
Dentist by profession, climber for passion.
After the first mountaineering experiences in Dolomites, during the late 1970’s, he discovered the sport climbing in 1985, in Leano. This activity soon has become a big passion, that, even if as a hobby, led him to climb in all the most important crags of Italy and abroad, doing routes up to 8a+/8b.

Up to 2000, in addition to the climbing, he carried out an intense exploring activity, discovering new rock walls (including Grotti, the Caves of Grotte del Pueblo and of the Arenauta in Gaeta etc..) and opening many new routes.

During the late 1990’s he discovered the bouldering, and, fascinating by this new way of climbing, he dedicated himself completely to this activity, frequenting assiduously Fountainbleau, Meschia, Annot, Albarracin, Targassonne., while, in parallel, he was continuing the exploring activity, discovering and exploiting the bouldering climbing spots of Vitorchiano, Viterbo “La Palanzana”, and Soriano nel Cimino.
At now he still climbs, both using the rope, and without.
