Just purchased the resin and other accessories needed to fix the chemical anchors on the rock walls of Cala Mancina.

Thanks to donors:  Rüdiger Striboll of Exenglück (climbing and travel for passion),  Frostbite Society (a group of friends who travel the world), and resort Pittalumari Makari who allowed us to make this purchase.

The resin is the most tried and tested (and the most expensive) in the market: 

La resina acquistata è la più collaudata e la più costosa tra quelle in commercio: the Hilti's famous "red". We have set aside a number of donations over the years  and Abbiamo messo da parte varie donazioni nel corso di questi anni and now we have  spent almost everything (about 80%) for this purchase. Something is left: we will spend it later, for the last re-bolting needs.

The titan anchors, were purchased with other donations, directly collected by Daniele Arena.

Daniel has already started to set the anchors in the wall. By Easter he will have finished.

We would remember you how many walls have been revamped (entirely by donations or by the proceeds from the digital book guides of our app ClimbAdvisor):

1. Crown of Aragon, a Macari has been entirely revamped (and expanded) with expansion bolts in HCR stainless steel (Duplex) of Fixe (by Daniele Arena)
2. Bunker, Canalino and Grotta della Palma, in the Bunker area, has been entirely revamped with titan glue-in bolts of Titan Climbing (by Daniele Arena)
3. All the routes of  White Wall area (in Cala Mancina) set before  2018 have been entirely revamped with titan glue-in bolts of Titan Climbing (by Daniele Arena)
4. Allthe routes of  Grotta di Campo Base area (in Cala Mancina) have been entirely revamped with titan glue-in bolts of Titan Climbing (by Daniele Arena, Piero dal Prato and friends)

Work is not continuing:  Daniele Arena is rebolting all the other routes of  Cala Mancina.Have you already made plans for the Easter holidays?
